        How long will it take for my order to arrive?

        Our Performance Rotors require 24-72 business hours for custom zinc plating before shipping. All other products will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. You can check the estimated delivery time for your area by referring to our shipping page, which includes a UPS delivery time map for locations within the US.


        Can I choose a faster shipping option?

        Yes, we offer overnight, 2-day, and 3-day UPS shipping options. The available choices and associated costs can be found on our shipping options page. Please note that expedited shipping options are not eligible for Brake Performance's Free Shipping.


        Can I have my order shipped to a different address?

        Certainly! During the checkout process, when you reach the customer information page, you can enter an alternate shipping address in the optional field provided.


        Do you ship to international and APO addresses?

        Yes, we do ship to international addresses as well as APO addresses. Once you fill out the "Customer Information" page during checkout, you will be taken to the "Shipping Option" page where you can select from various shipping options and view their costs.

        Returns Eligibility:

        • You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the item to request a return.
        • Items must be in perfect, new, and sellable condition to be eligible for a return.
        • Used, installed, special-order items, and international orders (outside of the 50 US states) are not eligible for return.

        Return Authorization:

        • You must request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before sending back the item.
        • To request an RGA number, please contact our customer service and provide details about the issue.
        • The RGA is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

        Restocking Fee:

        • All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
        • Exceptions to the restocking fee may apply, as specified in our policy.

        Return Process:

        • Contact us to describe the issue and obtain an RGA number. The RGA is valid for 30 days.
        • Ensure the item is in perfect, new, and sellable condition.
        • Pack the item in the original manufacturer's packaging with all included items, instructions, and tags.
        • Use a sturdy box and proper packing material for secure shipping. Avoid using the original retail box.
        • Clearly write the RGA number on the outside of the box.
        • Ship the return to the provided warehouse address. We may specify a particular return location.
        • We recommend purchasing shipping insurance and tracking for your return shipment.

        Return Processing Time and Refunds:

        • Once we receive the return and verify that the proper procedures were followed, it takes approximately 3 business days to process the return.
        • Refunds may take a few additional days to transmit into your account.
        • Please note that your bank may take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your credit card.
