Cross-Drilled & Slotted Brake Rotors Warranty

We have great confidence in the craftsmanship and performance of our Cross-Drilled & Slotted Brake Rotors. Therefore, these rotors come with a lifetime warranty against any defects in materials and workmanship, demonstrating our commitment to their durability and long-lasting performance. Additionally, we offer an additional two-year warranty specifically covering warping and cracking issues. Please note that this warranty excludes defects such as cracking if the rotor falls below the minimum thickness requirements.

Brake Pads and Brake Shoes Warranty

Your safety on the road is our top priority, which is why we provide a lifetime warranty against any defects in materials and workmanship for our Brake Pads and Brake Shoes. These crucial components are meticulously crafted to meet the highest quality standards, ensuring optimal braking performance and reliability. Furthermore, we offer a 90-day warranty specifically addressing materials and workmanship defects.

Warranty Exclusions

While we strive to provide comprehensive coverage, there are a few exclusions to be aware of. Our warranty does not extend to Brake Rotor Wheel Bearings, including Wheel Bearing Assembly and Spindle Nut, as well as Hot Spots resulting from inherent vehicle issues. Please note that only one warranty claim is allowed per order for each specific part. The warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original purchaser. We do not cover any expenses related to labor, materials, airfreight charges, or towing associated with the removal or installation of our products. It's important to understand that our brake pad warranty does not cover brake noise or normal wear and tear. Noise can be caused by various factors, such as brake pad dust build-up, faulty hardware, residue on the rotor surface, or malfunctioning brake calipers. Our warranty solely covers defects in materials and workmanship and is limited to the exchange of the product in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale. Additionally, please note that warped brake rotors and brake drums are not eligible for a refund, and brake pads are not included in the warranty replacement.

Our Liability and Your Responsibilities

Braketime USA's liability is strictly limited to the amount of the original sale. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages arising from personal injury, property damage, or lost profits. Our warranty does not extend beyond the cost of replacing the covered product. To file a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and obtain approval from an authorized representative of Braketime USA. This entails providing your order number, a copy of the invoice/receipt, and a Brake Report from a Certified Licensed shop or dealership indicating the specific rotor warping. Please note that all shipping charges for cancellations, returns, or warranty claims are the sole responsibility of the customer, and Braketime USA does not cover any shipping costs under any circumstances.

No Warranty for Racing Use

While our brake materials are extensively researched, developed, and tested for high-performance applications, we cannot offer a warranty for products used on race tracks or in any competitive setting. It is the user's responsibility to conduct meticulous testing to ensure the suitability of our braking materials for their specific racing needs, including performance, durability, and compatibility with their chosen class of racing.
