Free UPS Ground Shipping

We are pleased to offer free UPS Ground shipping for all our products within the continental 48 states. Please note that the Zinc Plating process for performance rotors may take 24-72 hours to complete before shipping, while other products will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. The shipping time will vary depending on your location within the continental 48 states. It is important to be aware that shipping carriers may extend delivery time by 24 hours for residential addresses, which is beyond our control. Customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and areas outside the continental 48 states will incur a shipping charge, and shipping time may vary for these regions. UPS does not deliver to PO box, APO, and FPO addresses. However, during the checkout and payment process, you can select the "Faster Shipping Option" button to choose the (USPS) United States Postal Service for deliveries to PO box, APO, and FPO addresses. Please note that shipping costs for orders outside the US do not include Duties, Taxes, or Brokerage fees.

Expedited Shipping Options

We understand that sometimes you may require faster delivery. Therefore, we offer overnight, two-day, and three-day shipping options for all our products within the United States. Please keep in mind that overnight, two-day, and three-day shipping services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Before your order is shipped, please allow 24-72 hours for the Zinc Plating process to be completed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You can review the available expedited shipping options and their costs by clicking on the "Faster Shipping Option" button during the Checkout and Payment Method page. It is important to note that airfreight carriers may extend the delivery time by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses, which is beyond our control. Please understand that airfreight charges cannot be refunded.

APO and FPO Deliveries

We greatly appreciate and respect our armed forces. As a result, we gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses upon request. To have your order shipped to a PO box, APO, or FPO address, simply proceed to the Checkout and Payment Method page and click on the "Faster Shipping Option" button. Once you have clicked on the "Faster Shipping Option" button, you will be able to select the (USPS) United States Postal Service for deliveries to PO box, APO, and FPO addresses. Please note that shipping costs for orders outside the US do not include Duties, Taxes, or Brokerage fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen, it is important to notify Braketimeusa within 30 days from the scheduled delivery date. This will allow us to open an investigation with the carrier. To prevent such incidents, we diligently assign a tracking number to every shipment we send. If you have concerns about the whereabouts of your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 805-225-3006. Our team will assist you in checking your tracking information and addressing any issues.
