You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving the item to initiate a return request.To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect, new, and sellable condition.Please note that used, installed, special-order items, and international orders (outside the 50 US states) are not eligible for return.
Contact our customer service team to describe the issue and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The RGA number will be valid for 30 days.Ensure the item is in perfect, new, and sellable condition.Package the item securely in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all accompanying items, instructions, and tags.Use a sturdy box and appropriate packing materials for safe shipping, avoiding the use of the original retail box.Clearly write the RGA number on the outside of the box.Ship the return to the designated warehouse address provided. We may specify a particular return location.We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and tracking for your return shipment.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part. In such instances, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Wrong Part or Defective/Damaged Item:
If you receive an incorrect part or a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will rectify the issue by providing the correct part or arranging for a replacement.
To cancel an order, please call and speak with one of our representatives. We regret that we cannot accept cancellation requests via email or text. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it as per your request. Once the order has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
Return Processing Time and Refunds:
Upon receiving the return and verifying that all proper procedures have been followed, it typically takes approximately 3 business days to process the return. Refunds may take a few additional days to reflect in your account. Please note that your bank may require 5-10 business days to post the refund to your credit card.
